Grand Theft Auto IV ini menceritakan tentang kisah dari seseorang yang bernama Niko Bellic, seorang veteran perang bosnia,yang di hantui oleh penghianatan unit militernya.
10 Tahun kemudian ia bekerja sebagai penyeludup,Niko meninggalkan eropa timur untuk menghindari kemarahan majikannya, Ray Bulgarin. setelah 6 bulan di angkatan laut pedagang, ia mendapat kabar dari sepupunya, Roman mengajak Niko datang ke Liberty City untuk mengejar impian Amerika serta mencari penghianat unitnya. setelah sampai di Liberty City, Niko menyadari bahwa kisah Roman yang penuh kekaya'an dan kemewahan hanyalah bohong belaka, yang sebenarnya di penuhi dengan hutang judi dan kekerasaan sehingga melibatkan dirinya sendiri (Niko Bellic). game ini telah di rilis untuk versi (Xbox 360,PC,PS3). dan inilah spesifiikasinya..
